I'm not sure if this is your intention, but it looks like an alien abduction. Maybe you tried to make a celestial light or something...
It's cool that you made small items that relate to your character, they look very good and they look very good, but you might try to blend them even more with the character, so they look like part of her design and not just items she had with her.
She not having arms is a bit weird. I'm not sure if this is key to your story, but the character looks very human so for her hands to be floating like that is a bit out of place. You might want to twist your design to better integrate them with the character (I might try drawing the rest of the arm but with a transparent maybe magical effect) or just make normal arms.
And finally, your clouds, everything else is sharp and uses hard shading, so if you use that brush for your clouds, they will stand out a lot because of the contrast. I strongly reccomend using the same style for the clouds...
